We accept returns only when:
- • You receive a product different from what you ordered
- • You receive a faulty or defective product
Conditions for Returning Products
- Products must be returned in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Items should be unused, unsoiled, and in the same form as received
- Brand packaging must remain undamaged and in its original state
- Product replacement subject to availability at the time of return
Return Exchange and Refund Guidelines
- 1If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@bluehillbotanicals.com within 3 days of receipt with a photo of the damaged item and your order details.
- 2Your email must contain: Product name, Order ID, and a detailed description with photos or videos.
- 3Returns or exchanges for custom-made products cannot be processed.
- 4We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or purchases made using discount codes.
- 5If a refund is authorized, the product must be returned within 7 days of approval.
- 6Refunds are processed within one week of receiving the returned product.
- 7Typical processing time is 5-7 days from the return shipping date.
