Return and Refund Policy
At Bluehill Botanical, we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. As advocates of conscious consumerism, we prioritize ethical and sustainable practices, and our products help empower underprivileged women by supporting their economic independence. In alignment with our social responsibility values, we generally do not encourage returns, refunds, or exchanges unless one of the following conditions applies:
- You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
- You receive a faulty or defective product.
Conditions for Returning Products:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items should be unused, unsoiled, and in the same form as received.
- Brand packaging must remain undamaged and in its original state.
- Product replacement will be subject to availability at the time of return.
Return, Exchange & Refund Guidelines:
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@bluehillbotanicals.com within 3 days of receipt. Include a photo of the damaged item, your order details, and a description of the issue.
- Your email must contain:
- Product name
- Order ID
- A detailed description of the issue (including photos or videos, if applicable).
- Returns or exchanges for custom-made products cannot be processed.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or purchases made using discount codes.
- If a refund is authorized by Bluehill Botanical, the product must be returned within 7 days of approval.
- The return or exchange shipping address will be provided via email.
- Refunds are processed within one week of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been received by us. The typical processing time is 5-7 days from the return shipping date.
- Returned items must have their original tags intact. Products returned without tags or in damaged condition will be sent back to the customer, and the shipping cost for this return will be the customer’s responsibility.

As each of our products is handcrafted, there may be slight variations in color, pattern, or accessories. These natural differences are part of the unique charm and appeal of our creations and should not be considered defects.
