Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before confirming your purchase. We use reliable courier services for delivery, including:

Note: Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping & Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days. Once dispatched, our logistics partners typically take an additional 3-5 working days to deliver to your location. Please keep the following in mind:

• We process shipments from Tuesday to Sunday, excluding Monday and public holidays.
• If you notice that the packaging appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately at info@bluehillbotanicals.com. Be sure to include your order reference number and a photo of the damaged package.
